Bella Hadid’s vintage Prada boots work as hard as she does

Bella Hadid is undoubtedly the model of the moment, from fronting campaigns for brands like Balenciaga, Fendi and Swarovski, to closing Paris Fashion Week with a clothing moment sprayed viral at the Coperni Spring/Summer 2023 show (inspiring subsequently a multitude of Halloween costumes). And when it comes to her personal wardrobe, the model also serves up nonstop looks. As any avid fan of Bella’s style knows, she can’t get enough of one hot item right now: the vintage Prada chunky-soled boots.

Bella can’t get enough of her Prada boots.

The combat boots in question – from Prada’s Sport 2004 collection – are knee-high, in black Nappa leather and feature a durable lug sole designed to stomp in style. Although somewhat rare, the shoes have appeared on a number of luxury resale sites (including Vestiaire, Depop and The RealReal), but are selling out quickly due to a spike in demand (likely due to Bella, who has reportedly single-handedly raised the resale prices of Tom Ford-era Gucci dresses since her cut-out moment on the Cannes red carpet earlier this year).

In vintage from head to toe.

Clever, but still utterly cool.

Since January, Bella has been spotted wearing her favorite vintage boots with a myriad of looks. The model has found ingenious ways to style them so they always look fresh, whether dressing them up with denim skirts and casual midi dresses on a lazy day, or amp up the glamor with a tailored shorts suit for a formal event in Paris. She even recently went skydiving wearing them, proving that they work as hard as she does.
