You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit, or style reasons within 30 days of receipt of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered, or worn. If you desire to return your pwminor.com merchandise, please contact us for a Return Authorization form or complete the Return form that came with your order. Upon return, we will credit your card for the cost of the merchandise and reorder should you choose to do so.
Shipping and Delivery: Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We will do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we do not guarantee the shipping company's performance.
Damage Due to Shipping: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact Customer Service by phone (1-800-796-4667) or email (click here) within 10 days of delivery. Please have your order number and item number from your original confirmation email ready when calling or include them if emailing. We will make every reasonable effort to credit your purchase and reorder in a timely manner.
Restoration Services (made in the USA product only): We restore and repair shoes that were made in the US in Batavia, NY. We do not charge for repairs needed due to quality concerns; however, to maintain your shoes we offer a Restoration Service. Cost is estimated upon inspection. New out soles and insoles, leather renewal, and new laces are common repair issues. Please contact Customer Service for an estimate and pricing.
Warranty: All P.W. Minor products are warrantied for material and manufacturing defects, up to six months of the shipment date. We are happy to repair the item if a member of our quality inspection team finds it defective. If the product cannot be repaired we will provide a replacement. If the product is found not to be defective, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. Please contact us prior to returning your product for a warranty issue.
